Honestly? I'm not seeing a big difference with this format and the new nest format. Well, except that it's actually working and posts aren't disappearing. The set up is exactly the same though, including the headers with the title of each post in every reply (which people said was big detractor in the new nest format).

I think the fact that it's working is the big draw.

It's actually fully customizable, so we can make it look however we want to. I'm not going to put that much work into it yet, though.

Also, totally an aside and maybe not even worth worrying about, but I think naming all the boards the exact same thing as the boards on the nest might be a copyright infringement issue. I have no idea if it actually is, but my first thought was, you probably can't set up "the nest" on a proboard. At the very least, I'd probably name each of these boards something slightly different.

"Politics and Headlines"
"At home"
"Marriage"

etc...

Just so it's not so verbatim.

That's probably a good idea. I dunno if they can actually copyright something like 'health & fitness' but I'm guessing all of the boards being the same isn't the best idea.

and you know what kills me.... the most annoying issues with the new board are the EXACT FUCKING SAME as the issues we had when the regional boards were converted. you mean the nest, with allll their advertising dollars, couldn't fix those glitches between that sucky roll out and this one?
