It really depends on when he gets up. I marked 12, because that was consistent for the last week or so, but today, he was fussing early and took his nap at 9:30 when we took a ride in the car. When he was getting up at 6/6:30, his nap always started at 10:30/11, but then he started sleeping in until 7/7:30 and took a slightly later nap.

*I* would prefer to have his nap starting at 12 or 12:30, but if he keeps insisting on starting his day at 5:40 a.m. he is going to need to nap closer to 11 or 11:30. If he wakes up at 6:30 or so then we can make it to noon.
Usually its around 2pm and he will sleep till 3:30-4. Our schedule is pretty erratic though, so sometimes he will have a morning nap and then end up sleeping on a car ride briefly later in the afternoon. Thursdays his gym class is at 2:30 so he naps afterwards in the car. He goes to bed between 8:30-9 and will sleep (not straight through, unfortunately) till 8:30.
We are JUST starting to do 1 nap. Like, today is the very first actually 'planning' on 1 nap day. Usually it just happens that way because we're out and about. But he's still up - I think I'll put him down after lunch, so maybe around 1ish. He used to nap at 11:30, and then again at 3:30. So 1 seems about in the middle.
She generally naps between 12:30 and 1:00. I try to have dinner at 11:45, and she goes down right after that. She does fine on any schedule though, which is a great attribute for a 3rd child.
