So I did it....couldn't remember how to hook my ankles at first, and I looked a little insane (according to my h), but I eventually got it. Man, I need to get back to the studio!
meet me for a yoga class while you're in town!!
I'm back in Pa now, but maybe next time!
Where do you practice?
Last time I went to a class at home was at a studio in the same shopping place (I think) as the Crate and Barrel on Post Rd. It was really nice.

I tried to make pesto today with almonds (I HAD A RECIPE) and I think I toasted the almonds a litle TOO much. The pesto definitely has a brown cast to it. I still froze some of it and I left some in the fridge to see how it is after the flavors mesh overnight. I tried to compensate by putting in extra parmesan...and a SHITTON of garlic.
We shall see if it coalesces into something delicious (or at least edible).
My dad's CT scan came back totally clean . He still has to get radiation, but the cancer is only on his skin and the doctors expect him to fully recover.
She's also picked up (no pun intended) on the sign for "up" pretty quickly and will stand at the couch and say "uh! uh!" while pointing up.
Moonpie does that too but she's very aloof about it. She won't even look at you, she'll just sit or stand there with her hands up in the air, looking all around, saying, "Pih me uh!", expecting someone to pick her up.
I'm not 100% but I think I made the cashier guy at Wawa flustered today.
Wawa? I looked it up, but seriously too lazy to read the Wiki. What does it stand for?
I'm adding that name to my list along with Winn Dixie and Piggly Wiggly.
it's a PA NJ MD convenience store. The founder (I think) is named Dick Wood. I mean, the guys name is on the cups, I think he's the founder. Or the CEO.
After three months, dog and alpha cat are living in semi-harmony, but you can clearly read the cat's body language here.
(Don't mind the mis-matched blankets and pillows here. We just redid our living room and I can't commit to accent colors yet, so we're using old stuff for now.)
