I found dresses way more comfortable and easy. I wore one the whole time I was in the hospital and would have worn it out if I hadn't leaked colustrum onto it.
I've never birthed a kid so I'm making grand assumptions. :-) At the very least I'm sure she'll be happy to throw off her heels!
Heels yes - absolutley.
The problem I found with pants, especially yoga pants, is that they are all fairly tight/structured around the waist.

Dude, that is actually really bad. You would think that they would get it 100000% right when they just KNOW they will have that many eyeballs on them.
