TTC 2010 Diagnosis: POF 2010: Went off BC 2011: Sporadic periods. OB stated blood work looked fine. 2012: First RE appt, she stated I most likely wasn't ovulating due to running 10 miles a week. Never followed up with her. 2013: POF/POI Diagnosis. 2014: Visited 4 Different clinics looking for treatment options other than donor eggs. 2015: Accepted donor eggs as the best path forward (for us) to being parents.
Treatment: Egg Donor IVF. Seven eggs received and fertilized, ended up with 2-5d Blastocyst and 1-6d Blastocyst
Fresh Transfer: BFN
Frozen embryo transfer: BFP
What I did differently: Endometrial Scratch. Oddly, I also stopped acupuncture.
7 natural iui cycles last one with 2 inseminations. All bfn
IVF #1 (fresh) did rescue icsi and ended up with 4 blasts. Used one-chemical pregnancy IVF #2 ( frozen) transferred 1 blast -chemical pregnancy IVF#3 (frozen) transferred 2 blast positive m/c at 7 weeks IVF #4 (fresh) switched donors and did icsi and were enrolled in an Evaa study. Ended up with 4 blasts transferred one. Positive pregnancy currently 10weeks
Me 32, DH 30 at time of IVF Stage 4 endo, PCOS 2014: 3 IUIs, all BFN 2015: IVF, antagonist protocol with 3 month BCP suppression. Cycle almost cancelled twice for poor response (thinking over suppression because was 40ish). Went into ER with 14 follicles. 6 retrieved (still not sure what happened), 5 mature. 3 fertilized with "to be sure" ICSI, 2 with IVF did not fertilize. 5 day transfer of 2 blastocysts, 3BB and 1BB (I think?). Moderate OHSS at 6dp5dt. Beta at 10dp5dt 225ish, 12dp5dt 550ish (I think?). EDD 1/4/2016 What I kept doing: acupuncture, high protein / low carb What I did differently: castor oil packs, no caffeine or alcohol starting 2 months prior to IVF
Started TTC January 2014. Regular cycles, but short luteal phases. OB rx 100mg prometrium in May 2014 with minimal improvement. Started seeing an RE in December 2014. SA, HSG, and blood work all came back normal. AMH was 3.99 and 5 the two times it was tested. I suspect I have PCOS but have never been diagnosed, and my doctor never brought it up as a possibility (though her nurse did).
Tried 200mg of prometrium for one cycle to see if that would help. Luteal phase was long, but still no success. In January 2015, we did IUI #1 with 50mg of Clomid and ovidrel and back to back inseminations. Produced one follicle, BFN.
Same protocol in February 2015, but the Clomid thinned my lining. Despite supplementing with estrace, BFN.
Met with the RE to discuss a more aggressive protocol for IUI #3 as we weren't willing to do more than 3. For many reasons the doctor suggested moving straight to IVF instead of pursuing another IUI, and we agreed.
We began a conservative protocol of 175 IUs of Gonal-F every morning in early April. The cycle was cancelled 4 days in due to lack of response (4 small follicles despite afc of 30ish). Started again in late April, this time with menopur added in the evenings. Stimmed for 9 days, HCG trigger shot, and ER on 5/5. 25 eggs were retrieved, 15 mature plus 2 matured in the lab. 8 eggs were fertilized (including the 2 that matured in the lab) using ICSI (the remaining 9 eggs were frozen for later use should we need them). 4 fertilized successfully. On day 3 we had one 8 cell, two 6 cells, and a 5 cell. They recommended a 3 day transfer of the 8 cell. Since the best embryo had presented itself, they said there was no reason to wait until day 5. Two of the remaining embryos did not make it much further. The third made it to blast and was frozen on day 6.
I did acupuncture before and after the transfer, which did help to calm my nerves if nothing else. BFP at home 9dp3dt. Developed moderate OHSS. First beta 10dp3dt was 91, second beta at 13dp3dt was 350.
Me- 26 DH- 27 TTC since 2008 DX: Recurrent early pregnancy loss; Autoimmune Hypothyroid; PCOS w/ irregular ovulation; Factor V Lieden; Hydrosalpinx and tube inflammation (misdiagnosed) TX: Metformin CR 1500 mg, acupuncture, baby asprin, and many supplements including MTHFR protocol for B12 & Folate.
Sept 2014- Provera induced ovulation instead of menses. BFP. C/P Oct 2014- IUI #1 with Letrozole- BFP Feb 2015- Tubal ligation surgery. Surgeon got in and couldn't find hydrosalpinx or any tubal inflammation. Did chromotubation and everything flowed perfectly. Switched RE's. Mar 2015- IUI #2 with Letrozole- BFN Apr 2015- IUI #3 with Letrozole- BFN May 2015- IUI #4 with Letrozole- BFP EDD: February 7, 2016
What I did differently: Acupuncture 24 hours before and after IUI, pineapple core, Chinese herbs post ovulation, switched to Endometrin, no alcohol entire cycle, limited exercise (rarely increased heart rate).
I'm 40 (will be 41 in 2 months) DH is 43 (will be 44 in 3 mos)
We started TTC in march 2014 after DH realized he no longer wanted to be one and done - our daughter is 5 and we had one mc before her. In October 2014 we hadn't had success so I I went to my gyn who did some preliminary tests that showed high FSH and low AMH so he sent me to an RE.
The RE gave us a 2-5% chance of conceiving with Clomid and iui. We did one round in feb 2015 but weren't able to complete it due to my cervix having a 180degree angle. To continue we would have had to do an outpatient procedure under general anesthesia. Since insurance didn't cover one penny we gave up.
I started acupuncture for anxiety in May 2015 and was starting to feel more at peace about never having another child. Then I got my BFP - my miracle BFP. EDD 4/7/15

TTC #1 in summer 2012, when I was 32/33 and DH was 35.
Diagnosed DOR (AMH 0.6, FSH 12.1) in spring 2014. Started taking 400 mg CoQ10 per day. Added Vitamin D3 February 2015.
BFNs from 3 Clomid+TI cycles and 2 Clomid+IUI cycles.
IVF with antagonist protocol April 2015 (at 35yo). FSH had raised to 15.1. Poor response resulted in 4 follicles. Converted to IUI.
Spotting began night of 10dpo. BFP with FMU 11dpo. Bright red spotting continued to 14dpo, then stopped.
Things that could have helped (other than the obvious $6,000 of injections): CoQ10 and vitamin D3 (both recommended by RE); high-protein/low-starch diet during and several months prior to starting stims
Me - 34/DH -35 TTC - since Jan 2012 DX - Unexplained Stats: AMH 14.6, FSH -8.2, AFC - 9-16 depending on month, DH - perfect TX - 2 x IUI w femara, 2 x IUI w gonal F BFP- 15 June 2013 cxl'd IVF converted to IUI #4 DD: 24 Feb 2014, singleton
Adding myself to this list and quoting myself from my previous pregnancy. This was an unmedicates cycle as I was due to start gonal f again but I had been following the Dr Jeffrey Russell diet for 3 months prior to the bfp. I also drank red raspberry leaf tea cd 1- o. I also take a baby aspirin every day and did with my last pregnancy too. Also co enzyme q10z
M/C: Aug 2009 DS: Born 2010 with 50mg Clomid TTC #2 since 2012 Feb 2014: 50mg clomid = BFP. Ectopic discovered. Lost right tube in surgery Jan 2015: HSG, remaining tube clear; SA = normal Jan/Feb 2015: IVF#1 - Antagonist protocol with HCG trigger. 15R/14M/9F (2) 5 day blasts transferred = BFP. Slow rising betas = m/c. Nothing to freeze June 2015: IVF#2 - Antagonist protocol with HCG trigger = 2 Five day blasts transferred = BFP. Twins discovered at 6w u/s. Lost Twin A at 9w1d.
Baby due February 2016
What I did differently: Low carb diet, took extra Vit D and CoQ10.
Started TTC #2 in March 2014, had a BFP right away, but MMC at 8w. Meh timing a few months, then a CP in December. I am AMA and went for testing in January 2015, and was shocked to get an FSH of 15.6 and AMH of .25. H's SA also was not great, with the initial and repeat showing low motility and morph in the 0-1% range. HSG was clear. IVF with donor eggs was our recommendation; we wanted to try IUIs. I got H to see a urologist, who found a varicocele, but recommended Clomid for the time being since surgery would put us out for a while.
IUI #3 got us a very unexpected BFP. EDD 5/15/16. Saw HB and measured on track at our first u/s (6w5d).
What we changed after diagnosis: Changed my diet even more heavily to protein and ate lots of eggs. CoQ10 for both of us, multi-V for H, as well as Selenium and Zinc for him, and wheatgrass for me.
Love of my life baby boy born 11/11. One and done not by choice; 3 years of TTC yielded 4 MMC and 2 CPs, through 4 IUIs and 2 IVFs. Focusing on making the world a better place instead...and running.
Me- 30 DH- 32 6 year old DD TTC for 3 years Unexplained Secondary Infertility Had 3 early losses- 3/26/13, 7/1/13 (both of these were CPs), and 1/6/15 (lost at 10 weeks) RPL test discovered evelated thyroid levels Did 4 rounds of Clomid in 2015 with no result so we took a break from Meds. BFP- 9/26/15 EDD: June 3, 2016 1st beta was taken today Didn't have any symptoms but I did take Primrose Oil this cycle.
So, I'm technically a member of TTTC but I did lurk quite a bit for some advice.

me: 32 DH: 33
TTC for almost 2 years March 2015: Clomid and TI = BFN found out after this that we had severe MFI. motility and concentration were good, but morph was 0%. RE said our best bet was to go straight to IVF. Sept 2015: IVF #1 with antagonist protocol (i think? i did lupron/gonal/menopur). 7R/6F. 2 hatching embryos transferred on day 5 = BFP. we still have 1 frostie as well. Beta #1 at 9dp5dt - 97 Beta #2 - 237

Me: 31 DH: 44 Dx: failed vasectomy reversal and PCOS IVF #1: antagonist protocol resulted in 42 eggs retrieved, 28 fertilized with ICSI and PESA retrieved frozen sperm. 4 embryos made it to freeze. No fresh transfer to protect against OHSS. FET #1: 1st check discovered thin lining so delayed transfer by 4 days. One 5 day blast with assisted hatching was transfered (lining was still sub optimal) BFP on HPT at 7dp5dt. Beta #1 682 Beta #2 1587 7w3d U/S showed one baby right on track with HB of 150. EDD : October 9, 2016!
