What sauce would you pair with almond goat cheese ravioli?

They were purchased on a whim and now I don't know what sauce to make. What was I thinking?

I would go with something very light or acidic. They sound amazing, but rich!

This happened to me with Chinese recently.  I hadn't had it in years and we got some and I was like, 'This is why it's been so long.'

If you do buy them again, try pan frying them. They get a lovely crust on them, wwon't break open, and u can use a heartier sauce like a marinara without it being too much.
