I've lost 4lbs since starting with the fitbit bracelet. Getting in those 10,000+ steps a day is really helping.
Cut down on calories in general increase water intake go for the 10k steps but push to hit 12.5k+ drink water before snacking to make sure I'm really hungry. Cut down on snack amounts
Overeating is a huge thing for me too malibu. I've been trying to eat more slowly and realize when I'm getting full. It is really difficult.
Yes, it is! I'm used to putting away a lot of food. Measuring out an actual serving of pasta the other night I thought "That can't be right?" It was. I was probably putting away at least3 servings of pasta in one sitting.

I've found using smaller bowls and plates at home really helps me. I'm still trying to find a better self control system for when I'm eating out.

I'm going to redo week 6 I think, since I never did day 3... But I really didn't have the energy to get out of bed and run this morning... I actually told myself that TIP would understand and went back to sleep.
You should know that it is pouring out today, so... Yeah. I'll see how the skies look this evening.
Well I held up my end of the bargain! I was up before the sun and did day 3 of week 6 this morning. Yep, that's right, I ran for 25 minutes this morning!! Go ME!!! I was just going to do the two 10 minute runs for day 2, but when I got to the end of the first one I decided to see if I could do it all, and I did! <)
