Hi! I am new to this board! I have been active and in some sort of fitness activity for years but have just really started running and am going to do my first half marathon in August!
I used to post before I had my baby. This a new name as well. Before I had my daughter I was running 5 times a week with strength twice a week and ran a half early on in my pregnancy. I admit I have become very lazy since then and I am trying to work back up to where I was. I plan on running the Tinkerbell half in January at Disneyland.

I was a lurker at the old place. Definitely want to make this my new home though- after some massive weight gain the past few years due to medications, I'm sick and tired of trying to cram my fat ass into too-small pants
I only posted once in a while. Same name. I run very slowly and just started biking. I did a 5K last fall and am now up to biking 12 miles. Baby steps..baby steps.
I was JilliansMoma on TN but I only posted some random questions about race day. I lurked and soaked up inspiration. I just took up a healthy life style at the beginning of the year and I love it. I graduated C25K in March and ran my first 5K (very slowly). I am training right now for my second race, the Bay2Breakers 12K, in San Francisco. I hope to post more and learn more from everyone!
I was a lurker, but you ladies inspired me and I started the couch 2 5K this spring. I'm taking it slow and repeating weeks since I've never ran before. I'm glad many of you are over here too!

Hi- I was formerly clevebride2006 on The Nest, and really only started posting here recently before the Nest format changed.
Because of you ladies, I finally got the courage to start the c25k program and I am loving it. So much so that I ran this morning and want to run again this evening (separate post).
Granted, I am only on week 2, but I've tried this program 2x in the past and quit both times within the 1st week so I'm pretty proud of myself. I hope I can keep this stamina and focus!

Hi! I'm a lurker from the nest with a new name, not that you would have recognized my old one! I am starting the C25K program to get back in shape and get rid of these extra pounds I packed on while in school. I'm also trying to get in shape so that I'm stronger in my two other passions, competitive 3D archery and endurance horseback riding.
