Does the MyFitnessPal app work well if you're not trying to lose weight and just want to track exercise? That's all I want.
I bought the swim suit yesterday. I made H take my measurements so I got a decent fit because I knew they'd changed with pregnancy, etc. And, boy, did they. And weirdly, caus I expected my hips had, you know, expanded. But they'd shrunk by, I dunno, an inch? So this explains why I was feeling "thicker" around the middle, cause my waist had stayed the same. So my proportions look less curvy.
And I'm definitely down to an A-cup. DAMMIT. Now I have to buy all new bras.
And now I'm off to the gym to run.
You can track all kinds of exercise, but no, I don't think it's ideal for that. The main focus of it is definitely food tracking and the exercise is secondary.

Would you track food at all? Because if you'd track and you're looking to maintain, then I'd say sure. If not, then no - I'd use something else that's strictly exercise focused to track that.

No, probably not. I did calorie count and all that when I lost weight years ago but it turned very unhealthy pretty quickly once I HAD lost the weight I wanted.... I'd rather not go down that particular OCD rabbit hole again.
Problem with MapMyRun is it's specific to running. I want to get back into strength training as well. I'll have to research...
