Keep an eye out for Strauss as well . The local Whole Foods here carries it. I don't know how far it goes. I live in the land of good ice cream and cheese :-)
PSA to the chunk defenders: posting about your love of baked goods chunks in a celiac's thread is up there with gloating about wine in a pregnant alcoholic's thread.

You just don't say this to a Wisconsin girl. Your happy cows are a LIE!
The difference in available dairy here is really striking to me. Whole foods is really the only exception. The Smith's (Kroger) selection is just sad.
Lol. You know, I almost wrote "the land of good west coast ice cream and cheese" and decided it was too laborious. But if you are looking for tasty dairy on this side of the country, north of SF is a good bet.
I also get slightly annoyed when my fiancé orders said gluten-contaminated ice cream when we go out for dessert. He should know by now I like to eat his too!

This was so me a few years ago when every goddamn thing had raspberries in it. The worst is when I have to send a dessert back bc they threw raspberry spooge all the hell over the plate of my non-berry-death-containing dessert.

Trendy poison! Have they gotten over the raspberry fixation?

This is how I feel about all ice cream. Even dairy free ice cream is a lie and gives me a reaction. Also my town sucks at stocking dairy free ice cream
