Mindy Project - 9/17

Did anyone watch? I was kind of meh about this episode. I also hate her current hair, it annoys me.

I also feel like she fell for this guy (and wanted to marry him) really fast! I am glad that they didn't get married in her apt. I wish Danny and her would just admit their love for each other already! goodness.

I didn't like how they broke up Danny and Christina, even though I'm glad she's gone. And James Franco's character was annoying, not funny.

And the show will be over when Mindy and Danny get together, so it can't happen yet

I'm so glad this show is back. From what I've read there will be lots of new characters and guest stars this season so I'm excited for what's to come.

I thought it was a weird episode. I think it'll get better though. I hope Mindy's brother comes back this season!

I haaaaaaaaaate Casey. Hate him, with the fire of like a billion suns. I just think he's such a jackass, and couldn't turn that off even for his proposal, what with that line about her body type or whatever. I can't wait til he's gone.

I want to like this show more than I do, really. It just can't seem to find its groove. For every good episode, there are 2 or 3 totally mediocre ones. But I keep watching, because I really like most of the cast.

And I hope Rishi comes back this season, too; he's hilarious.

Totally agree. Casey is an asshole and needs to go. Can't stand him. And, as a Christian, his portrayal of Christians offends me. I cannot imagine that there are genuine pastors who act the way he does. Ridiculous.

I really do want to like this show because I like Mindy -and I loved her book. But I'm leaning toward giving up on it. I do really like Danny though.

This. I think the whole moment when they were in bed (past episode) and Mindy said she thinks God is telling her not to have sex with him and he said God wouldn't playe like that...uh yes. Yes he would. You aren't supposed to be having sex! The way they are presenting it I just really don't like.

I think in general his awkwardness can be funny, but just barely. Most just douchy.

It was ok, glad it is back. I wished they would have focused on their Haiti (is that where they went?) living for awhile.. it would have been nice to see her in a different light for a bit.

I love this show, but I agree with the hate for Casey. I too can't get over the fact that he's pastor, happy to have pre-marital sex, and marry a non-Christian.  It just doesn't ring true at all and makes the character seem unreal.

I disagree with the comments about Mindy and Danny getting together "already."  I don't think it's like "The Nanny" where it was so obvious they liked each other.  I think they've done a good job creating moments between them but keeping things pretty platonic. 

I love Morgan - he could have his own show.  James Franco sucks - in everything.  Dude needs to lay off the pipe because he has wrinkles like an old woman.

I'm in this corner too.  Mostly because once I realized Danny was also Ted from Six Feet Under, I can't think of him as anyone else since that show was one of my favorites of all time.

Well, obviously cheating is indefensible, lol, but Josh amused me before that. And I'm a Mindy/Danny shipper regardless.
