MH is a huge West Wing fan, so we watched it to see Allison Janney. It was okay. Pilots are always rough because they try so hard to establish who the characters are. The laugh track was out of control. I agree that I'll watch it for a few more episode to see how it develops.

I laughed out loud a few times, and I didn't cringe. Pretty good for a new sitcom in my book.

I set up a series recording, so I'll watch it until I suddenly realize I have 10 episodes sitting on my DVR and watching them seems like a chore :-)
