I saw the second episode (my DVR recorded The Crazy Ones when the first was playing). It wasn't spectacular but I was pleasantly surprised by the edginess of some of the humor. I actually laughed out loud a few times, which I don't usually do since I find most sitcoms to be insipid. I loved when MJF threw food at someone in anger and then blamed his Parkinson's. So wrong.
DH & I watched it last night- both episodes. I liked the second one better than the first. We both agreed it wasn't the best thing we'd ever seen, but will give it a chance to find it's niche.
How was The Crazy Ones? I'm just not that big of a Robin Williams fan to choose his show over MJF's show.

It was OK. I'm a huge Robin Williams fan when he riffs, and the show tried hard to walk the line between having him follow a script and letting him do his thing. I think it's a tough balance to strike since RW can really spin out of control, but I thought they did a decent job. I also have a soft spot for Sarah Michelle Gellar, although I kept waiting for her to start kicking ass Buffy-style, LOL. I will keep watching for now.
ETA: I should add that it's a David Kelly show, which gives me a bit more confidence that they can do something good with it.

Anyone else?
I laughed out loud at that part.
I agree that the second episode was better than the first. I'm definitely giving this series a chance!
