Definitely ignore. Nothing irritates people more then when you ignore their attempts to irritate you. Plus you cannot reason with crazy. Sorry you are dealing with this.

Oh my. Um, has she been mentally composing THIS for the several months that you've not had contact?!? Like regardless of the numerous elementary grammatical mistakes, the basic content sounds like a drunk person wrote it. Oh honey I'm so sorry, & I hope in time (or immed?), you can consider it a blessing that she isn't in your lives.
OMG. If you saw her regularly, then yes, I'd say your H should address it with her (and by address, I mean tell her that she's completely BSC and totally out of line, and give her one more shot max before cutting off ties). But since you haven't had any contact in so long, then ignore, ignore, ignore, and count yourselves lucky that this toxic person isn't in your lives.
Is there a way to block someone from following you on Pinterest?
I think so.
You can make individual boards private, I believe.
BUT - I would suggest to the OP that if she doesn't delete Pinterest altogether, she create a NEW private board(s), so MIL won't know that she's been blocked.

You can check your FB settings every once in awhile by going to your profile and click on the gear in your cover photo and select "view as". You can view it as just a random non friend and see what it looks like.
Also, on Pinterest, unlink your facebook and change your display name (something different or just remove your last name), that way if she isn't bookmarking and just googling your name, she can't find you again.
