Diane and Will. THAT will be interesting. Here's what I didn't understand, though. Why didn't she just go TALK to him and say "Hey- this is going on." and at least get his reaction and proceed from there. MAYBE giving him the heads up and saying "what do I do?", he might have said "eh, go for it. I can take it.".
But because she went behind his back, well... it appears to TOTALLY blow up in her face.
But then again, we'd have no story if that worked out nicely, would we?
I just want Alicia et all to just LEAVE already. And I kind of had to LOL when Cary was all "it has to be a democratic vote! That's a part of why we're leaving". Um, really, you think that's going to work in the long run? EVERYTHING gets run by EVERYONE? Good luck w/ that!
I just keep feeling like that isn't going to go through, but maybe. I know peter says he wants her...
Yeah- I get the feeling that the judgeship doesn't pan out for some reason. It's been such a storyline and now she's possibly being pushed out of the firm over her interview - I just don't think the story ends up that she happily goes off to be a judge.
BUT - then again, maybe she does and then Will has to appear before her and it becomes an issue. Hmmmm....

I finally watched. It was good.
But I agree, I just don't see the judgeship working. I mean the whole show has been centered around the firm, even when Will was on leave, he was still "part" of the firm.
But ECB you have good point if now they all have to appear before Diane in court...
