*very* NCEPR - Tapped Out Players

I feel like it takes forever to get anything. I want stores and more characters. I don't even have Marge or Bart. Does it start to pick up?

Yes. Eventually you have enough buildings to earn money fast enough that you don't get bogged down to badly on quests.

I can't build the church of Springfield. I'm on level 14 and it says "quest" but won't let me build it. I've done the library with no issues. Am I doing something wrong?

Can anyone tell me where I go to change my settings so I do not accidentally use donuts to speed up tasks?

Go to Building/Decorations button on the bottom right, when that window opens, look for the "i" button on the top right of that window, turn on "confirm donut spend".

See i did that.  we held emergency bible studies, and it keeps telling me to build the church.  but then I can't.  stupid game. lol.

H is having a similar problem, he can't get the orange house unlocked. He's got many buildings after, but we can't figure out why it hasn't triggered yet.

All of a sudden it worked, it was weird.  I think I had to be ON level 14, and then do the emergency bible studies (but we had done them several times before).  Then all of a sudden it unlocked.  same thing with the orange house.  all of a sudden it was unlocked.  I'm not sure what triggered it. 

I like how I talk about "we" when I refer to my Simpsons tapped out people.

Finally got Bart. The gulp N blow finally triggered. Gah. Working on that and Androids dungeon. Hope the church triggers right away.

I am so glad the snow is gone. I had a little mini redecorating party last night now that I can see what the trees and flowers look like.

Besides getting rid of the Christmas stuff/snow, has anyone noticed anything new about the update, re: actual gameplay? I know the friends list looks newer, but I was really hoping for some extras.

We probably won't see anything new until around Valentine's day.  I had a lot of new quests trigger this morning; I had had none the last couple of days of the Christmas update.

If you check out the sticky post at the top of the board you'll see details, but its in memorial to pixy's daughter who passed away. Zb was her board nickname.
