Do you know more about this? Are they doing it to be mean? How are they getting the passwords?

It's just a random thing where people think they're logging into their towns, and it takes them to another one. No passwords are involved.

Do you remember the glitch on the nest for a while where people were logging into their accounts and posting under completely different names? That's what's happening here. Somewhere in the server the wires are crossed.

I'm very sad about this because I've had that town since Aug 2012. I can't contact EA since I've been to the underground baker. There are others out there that have the same issue so hopefully they get it fixed soon.

I was checking the forums and it looks like pretty much everyone is having this issue. Apparently EA is working on a fix but not sure when it will happen.

Customer support gave me the doughnuts when I complained about having to upgrade. I didn't want doughnuts, I wanted to be able to log in to get the blocko store lol I seriously only needed 10 eggs for a spin! Which I had in bunnies and tasks easily.
