I think that usually means she was actually a waitress who wanted to be a model.
I don't really care about her foreclosure (although it is kind of ironic given their professions), but the recreating your childhood pictures with yourself is just weird. Really weird. It would be an adorable idea to do with your children, but your adult self??? Weird!!!
From reading the foreclosure notice, that does not appear to be their primary residence. I believe they owned a ton of properties as investments. Many of the people I know IRL who had investment properties that were upside down went into foreclosure while they were renegotiating their terms with the bank. Many of them subsequently came out of foreclosure with better terms and are in good financial shape again.
I don't think it's ironic at all, I think it actually makes sense, given their occupations.
You don't think it's ironic that people who make their living convincing others what a great investment real estate is had a foreclosure, meaning their investment in real estate failed?

Eh, so so many real estate investors - even huge real esate investment corporations - were foreclosed on when the market fell off a cliff. Sometimes the best move is to let a property go (business wise and financially).

No I agree that foreclosure can sometimes be the best financial option if you're in a bad position. But it still has negative financial consequences, and if you make your living promoting real estate investing, it's kind of funny to me that you actually lost money on real estate. Maybe it's not such a hot investment after all.
People that viewed their homes as an investment were all equally retarded. Especially if they weren't rich. But in 2008, there were a lot of retards. At least this russian bitch is hot, and it doesn't appear to have been their primary residence. So I guess she's less retarded than most of those poor, poor victims of their own greed. And yeah, 4 years later, post child: Still hot.

I pretty much never give a shit what someone says about real estate. Seems like anyone who has a lot of success in it also has a lot of failures. Frankly, I don't think it's a great investment anyway, so I regard them with about the same amount of interest as I regard someone telling me how great cabbage is. Meh, I'll spend my money elsewhere, thanks. Now, the investment in the Pretty Pushers Labor Gown, though...
