The Terminator, especially when he's just that metal skeleton thing.
ETA: Certain video games also scared me a lot when I was little. Resident Evil instilled my fear of zombie apocalypses and I think I slept with my bedroom door open for years after.
Bedknobs and Broomsticks. I loved it, but the ending, when she does the chanting and all the armor moves without anyone in it. Plus, they were fighting Nazis. Nazis were scary!
Child's Play (Chucky) was by far the worst. I had nightmares about that shit for YEARS. Then, one day it would be on and I'd watch again and the cycle would repeat. Horrible.
Also Arachnophobia was terrible for me too, I had to check under toilet seats every time I peed, etc.
Seriously, it's no wonder I'm an anxious mess today, lol.
My parents would not let us watch anything that was even remotely scary or horror. So it was just the Wizard of Oz for me.
I still pretty much hate scary movies. I will watch something like, Silence of the Lambs or The Walking Dead, but I wouldn't watch a gory movie if my life depended on it. I'm a big chicken!
I hate horror movies, so maybe i got my fix then. lol I remember my brother and I begging to watch freddy, and finally they gave in. We were terrified. lol We weren't super young, but still kids.

Also, ET completely fucking traumatized me. Not in a good way. My parents took me to see it in the theater and I had nightmares about his revolting, fleshy body forever. I am still repulsed.
Annie was had me on pins and needles when Rooster was climbing after her on the bridge.
Wizard was definitely a bit scary. I think the tornado was scary. And who ever played the woman who hated Toto.
I think the woman who hated Toto was the same actress who played the wicked witch.
There was a movie (I think made for TV) about the Bogeyman appearing in some small northeastern town that freaked me the fuck out, but I think it wasn't supposed to be scary.
Just looked it up, it's called Mr. Boogedy. Supposedly a family-friendly comedy, but this is the bogeyman and he is terrifying!!!
ETA: And Baron Von Munchaussen or however the hell you spell it. So scary!!

I got freaked out by stuff I couldn't understand. Which is all the fucking kiddie movies in the world. ET is the top contender, Willow, Neverending Story, Watcher in the mother effing Woods, the scene in Charlie and the Choc Factory where they're on the boat and all that creepy weird shit happens, Earnest Scared Stupid freaked me out.
