Stats:  113yrs old side entry Denver Square, 4beds & 1.5ba plus another full 1-bed apartment in basement.  So 5beds, 2.5bath.  Urban location (small lot).

It was occupied by renters when we bought it as you can probably tell!

im undecided if I'll show front yet, so for now you just get backyard pic for exterior.

I love the wood - is it original? I also love all the chunky trim and moulding. Old homes have so much character!

Yes, everywhere except the sunroom.

There was some remodeling in the kitchen/dining so some of that woodwork is gone there.  Also upstairs was once another apartment so one of the bedroom was a kitchen so some of that woodwork is not original too.  I think it was 3 apartments for most of the past 50yrs.
