I'm probably way off base but does anybody think the ethics lady is pregnant with Peter's baby? There is something fishy about her and the way she calls him Peter. No matter how many times she is corrected to not be so informal she keeps doing it.
I do not trust several people Alicia is working with. The blonde investigator, the "other Cary" (the one who is hitting on Grace) and the guy that fussed about not staying for the bonus.
I think we are about to see a very ugly side of Will emerge.

That was my first thought when I saw her go to vomit. Along with if that were to be true Alicia would want to run back to Will (as lovers) but won't be able to because he's so mad at her. I also wondered if the ethics lady will pretend it's Peters even if it's not, even if they never slept together, just to create problems for him for the time being.
I also think it was a mistake for Peter to take away the judge position from Diane because now Lockhart-Gardner has a better chance of surviving and competing against his wife's.
Agreed that several people working for/with Alicia are not trust-worthy. Especially when the saw how quick L-G was payoff anyone who will two-face F-A.
Peter doesn't seem to use much logic when he makes decisions. He either decides based on emotions or what he is attracted to. I think he is happy Alicia and Will are no longer working together and removing Diane was a power play done simply because he *could* do it. Again, he didnt think it through. Will & Diane together are too powerful. Dividing them up would have been smarter.
I have a feeling Peter is going to be the downfall of many things in the coming weeks.
Eli didnt even know he was going to make a speech about the Internet tax issue. What he thinks will help Alicia (and keep her away from Will) will end up hurting her down the road I think.
No, I don't think it's Peters baby. Or if it is, then that whole storyline has been handled really poorly IMO.
I'm glad, though, that she basically told Alicia to keep Peter out of her business because Alicia does like to turn a blind eye to what Peter does.
But yeah - Peter clearly enjoys the power that his position gives him. And I do think that a LOT of his decisions are going to come back to bite him.
Oh, another note, though. I find it REALLY hard to believe that their only last minute option to get office space means joining another firm. Huh? I'm sure there is space SOMEWHERE that is affordable.
I liked this week's episode, but definitely not as much as last week's. I like that Will is going to play a bit ugly.
I definitely don't think the Ethics lady is pregnant with Peter's baby, but I feel like if push came to shove she would pretend it was (she seems a bit devious).
I loved last week's episode so much! It was chock full and exciting, so I looked forward to this week.
I am really looking forward to seeing this side of Will! He's a man on a mission! I agree that Diane and Will are a formidable team, and Alicia and Co are in trouble. I don't trust a lot of those 4th years. I was also not buying the whole "join the tax attorney firm" - what?! Seriously, no.
I hope Peter isn't the father of his Ethics counselor's baby, I would hate that storyline so much I'd probably quit watching.
I keep thinking Alicia's daughter and Other Cary are going to end up together.

Ooohhh.... Interesting. TWO people asked her "who are you really working for?". Maybe she's a plant and it out to destroy Peter.

It was a dumbass move on Peter's part to take away Diane's judgeship.
The other Cary needs to stay the hell away from Grace, it's disturbing and gross. I feel like Cary and Alicia are in for a major ride with the people they took with them.
Gold is a partner at L&A - that's been seriously downplayed.
Peter's going to screw up. Alicia and Will are going to have frienemy sex in various courtroom bathrooms.I think Will and Diane are eventually going to do something to bring Alicia and Cary back into the fold. The rest of them are going to out of luck.
