I was just doing some research for my class project and came across this website. It says science activities, but there is a ton of stuff in here that I want to do with J. You may have to get through an advertisement page first, but its worth it. I signed up, which gives you ten activities a month, but you can see each activity without signing up. I haven't figured out how it works yet.

We've been stringing different shapes pasta on strings. I'm going to start coloring some of them different colors because she likes it.
She's really into gluing thins into things right now. So we do pasta, construction paper shapes, beads, feathers, pieces of ribbon.
We do salt dough, I give her utensils and cookie cutters now to press in and make shapes. Salt dough is just one cup flour, 1/2 cup salt, 1/2 cup warm water. Can be colored with food coloring. You can even bake it in the oven to make ornaments.
I bought unfinished wood stuff at hobby lobby, and let her paint with finger paints and brushes. There's shapes and letters. We're trying a bird house next.

You are the best mother.
I do none of this.
Umm, you take V to music classes and you do SO much work with her that is extra to her therapies. You deal with the stress of that and you've helped her to make all these incredible strides. YOU are the best mother! You don't need salt dough, lol.
