I need to try this one night, it's really similar to the stove top method I normally use, though I'm all about the remix with bacon and gouda and broccoli.

He doesn't like the texture - he also won't eat the ends of lasagna as he hates 'crunchy' pasta.

Glad someone bumped this old threaf. I'm going to try this out. It sounds awesome and I'm not even a huge mac and cheese fan.
