what did you buy your kid(s) for the holidays?

Not a darn thing. We'll start shopping on Black Friday :-)

For DD1 she'll get a big girl bike (with training wheels), some sort of easy bake oven/"real" food maker, probably the Bitty Baby doll dress to match the Christmas dress MIL bought her, several books, then (I'm sure) lots of other stuff we haven't even thought of yet. Oh, and a new game for her Leap Pad. That's the one thing we did buy :-) The Olivia one was 1/2 off on Amazon today, so I went ahead and bought it.

DD2 will get a push toy (because we don't have DD1's any more), some feeding stuff, and a bunch of board books.

My DD is 2.5. We got her a KidKraft dollhouse/dolls, The Little Mermaid DVD and Ariel doll, three princess dress-up dresses (bought at consignment store after Halloween), and a FP doctor kit, plus stocking stuffers (magic wand, stickers, coloring books, a couple of books, etc.). I think we are done -- she's going to go nuts over the dollhouse and forget about everything else, anyway.
