Have you ever hooked a friend up?

All this talk about bridesmaids recently has made me dwell on my loss of friendship with one of mine. Technically we are still "friends", at least according to Facebook, but we don't talk and I know that when we do we're just being polite. It is all over a boy basically. That was the first and last time I will introduce 2 people and say they might be good together. Has anyone ever done it and had it end ok?

Never intentionally. But let's talk about my best friend from college how she hooked up with one of my best high school guy friends (who was in a relationship with a good girl friend from high school for years!).... And... Wait... For... It.... She got pregnant.

Yep, when we first moved to Texas 10 years ago we introduced two of our friends and they got together. She was 18 and he was 22. Two months after introducing them she got knocked up. They are still married and now have a total of 2 kids. However, they are not very happy together and he has been known to cheat :\

UGH I have a "friend" and I've introduced her to her last three long term boyfriends. Each time she starts dating them...I somehow disappear. She met her last guy at my wedding and I knew our friendship was "over" when I texted her asking her if she was going out and to come out to this bar and I ran into her there already...and she never answered the text... Awkward!
