I hope the families of the victims take that family for everything they have. I would love to see them and their little special snowflake live in a ditch.
I got in an argument with some girl about how she was glad the court didn't ruin his life with jail time. even my friend was like nooooo you're too duuuumb.
No doubt the victim's family was crying. Probation is barely a slap on the hand. It doesn't matter how spoiled a child is at home, every person under the age of 45 has had "dwi is a bad, very bad thing" basically drilled into their heads from other outlets.

Here's the thing,: Judge Jean Boyd told the court she would not release Couch to his parents but would work to find the teen a long-term treatment facility.
"There are absolutely no consequences for what occurred that day," said Boyles. "The primary message has to absolutely be that money and privilege can't buy justice in this country."
That fucker killed four people and only got probation - does she really want to tell us that money and privilege had no role in that?
He has been staying at an exceptionally pleasant campus-style residential counseling center near Newport Beach, Calif. It specializes in chef-prepared meals, equine therapy, martial-arts training, yoga and nature hikes. It’s described as a “respectful recovery environment” where teenagers can get the “unconditional love they need to heal.”
Oh and by the way, according to the link I posted above, he's been in trouble before:
It wasn’t the first screw-up for this model young citizen. According to trial testimony, he has been arrested on other alcohol-related charges. At one point, he was caught with an underaged girl, undressed and passed out, in his car.
