Also, speaking of tequila, I have this bottle of Patron Cafe Dark liqueur, and I have no idea what to do with it. I tasted it just so see what it was like, and it's really good, but far too syrupy to drink straight. So what would you mix it with?

Hmmm, pineapple juice? Cranberry? Something acidic or bitter to basing out the sweet taste. Nothing is worse than stuff thanks too sweet!

I feel like it would be really good in coffee (I think that's more or less what it's designed for...) but the caffeine just feels wrong.
I agree that it should be something bitter to balance out the sweetness. It is VERY sweet.
H tried mixing some in Kahlua and said that it was terrible, LOL. I could have told him that.
