I am a fan of Dr. Who (#4 will always be my favorite, and as much as I love Matt Smith I am glad he's not the Doctor anymore (I realize this may be get me banned here)), Futurama, GoT, Star Wars, Godzilla (except the one with Matthew Broderick) and a late comer to Firefly. I also love a lot of the old, b&w sci-fi/horror cheese from the 1950's & 60's. My kids are Godzilla fans--without my encouragement (stbx curses me for this lol). And the older ones watched the 50th anniversary special with me and liked it.

HI! Welcome. My DD loves the dogs in your signature. Every time I scroll down and she sees any dogs or kittens we have to stop.
How many kids and ages? My Dh has made both of my kids huge Star Wars nerds, and I tolerate it. Its actually the only reason I like Star Wars is how much my kids love it.

DD is 8, DS #1 is 4 and DS #2 is 2 1/2.

I love corgis, so I borrowed this one from another board that I am on. Corgi puppies are the cutest ever.

They are cute! Both of my kids are pushing for a kitten or puppy. So is my DH, i am the hold out. My Ds is 4 and my DD is 2.

Our corgi is sweet, grumbly like an old man, and slightly neurotic. But that's why we love him.

Welcome! I LOVE corgis! DH doesn't like them at all! ONE jumped up and hit him in the groin and suddenly the entire breed is evil. Whatever DH.
