How superstitious are you?

We stayed in the hotel room together and even got ready together. So, yeah,I think it's silly, but if it bugs you don't do it.

H zipped the back of my dress at home before the ceremony.

I'm superstitious, but I didn't care about this.

I'm not superstitious at all but we stayed apart before our wedding. We had a sort-of destination wedding and we both stayed in rented houses with our parties for the week leading up.

I wouldn't not do it because of superstitions. I wouldn't do it because I like the tradition of not seeing one another for a bit until that magical moment when you are walking down the aisle.

I stayed in the same hotel room with my H the night before AND he was there the whole time hair and makeup were being done. He dressed and left as I got dressed. No one was with us but the makeup lady until my sister came to dress me. We had lunch and relaxed all morning long. Guess we're doomed!

I am superstitious, but don't believe that seeing one another before the wedding is back luck, however I was oddly traditional about it when I got married and we didn't stay together and didn't see each other until I walked down the aisle.
Do what feels comfortable to the two of you - I promise it will have no impact on your marriage.

We spent the night together and it was the best decision ever! I think it calmed down the little nerves. We said goodbye in the morning and then spent the day of apart

It doesn't have to be thought of as "superstition," but tradition. We were so broke having paid for our wedding that we decided not to waste money on an additional hotel room. I actually would have preferred to spend the night apart, but it was kind of fun waking up together on our wedding day and realizing that he was my fiance in the morning and would be my husband by the evening.

Basically, do what you want!

Ridiculous. DH and I stayed together at our house the night before the wedding. We're ten years in now and still very happy.
It was actually kind of cute because DH never gets excited about anything, and he was up at 5:30 because he was so excited.

We did not stay together the night before or the day of. We got married at 5 PM and walking down the aisle was the first I saw or spoke to him that day. (Well, he did call me at 3AM the night before the wedding)

I'm a little superstitious, not much. But I didn't want to take the chance of anything messing with my marriage juuuust in case.

And when I pulled into the church parking lot with my BFF that day, I was SO HAPPY to see his car there already.

My xh and I did see each other throughout the day. I'm positive it was the ultimate demise. His name was also J (true).

BUT I was with my H all day during our wedding day and we are still kickin. Until we aren't.
