All you should have to do is PM TrickyBob your starting weight, then each Monday morning, weigh yourself and report change in the thread.
You don't nec. have to WI on Monday. I weigh in on Friday through weight watchers and just report here on the thread the following Monday.
Great, thank you! I've been indulging too much in dairy free treats since I'm so annoyed I can't have cheese. But only my flab is suffering.
Do you have a plan for tracking food, or do you want to stick with just choosing certain foods? I'm a believer in tracking, but then I'm on WW, and I am not one to 'listen to my body' when it is full

Right now I'm going to be choosing healthier foods. I'm still breastfeeding and don't want to restrict too much and mess up my supply. Plus with the whole dairy free vegetarian thing there aren't a ton of things I can eat so it's almost like enforced tracking. Ha.

If that doesn't work, I'll reassess.
Sounds like a good plan. Like I said before, the need to track is case by case. I'm good at lying to myself
I got two different weights this morning, one would mean -1.6 and one would mean -2 lbs, but I am going with the smallest number. Both numbers are pretty small considering exercising every damn day and eating 1200 calories or less, but oh well.
This isn't bad! Seriously, don't get in this mindset. You're going to lose more in the first week or so, and after that you are going to have smaller ones. 1-2 lbs a week is normal and healthy. I just don't want you to get discouraged.

I'm not saying that the weight wasn't good, I'm happy with the loss. This week wasn't good. I didn't eat well, I skipped the gym. It was a bad week.

Down 4.5 for me which isn't as impressive as it sounds since I gained 4 last week when my period started. So overall down .5 which I'll take
I made it to the gym twice last week, went for walks on my lunch break and went for a run with H yesterday. Calories wise I did pretty good during the week but it all went to shit again on the weekend. I need to work on that!

Great job, everyone! I can already see how helpful checking in each week is going to be for my accountability, especially as the weeks roll on and I get burned out. Thanks again, TrickyBob, for organizing all this!
I'm down .3 lbs. Which I am happy with - it is a loss, which means I have been continually on a downward swing. I only worked out twice last week, and not as hard as I could, so I definitely have some room for improvement. My eating last week was definitely way better than the week before, too. With the exception of a giant DoubleTree cookie, after I toured a DoubleTree for work - those fuckers gave us a TIN of their cookies
