Disney Princess racers...spectator questions

One month to go!

Dh and my family want to come to the finish line....i am 99% sure they do not need park tickets for this but want to check. We are planning on magic kingdom for latet that day but i think we finish at epcot.

My friend just did Dopey that I was there for and you did not need a park ticket to get to the finish. All the races finished in a parking lot at Epcot.

I think RIGHT at the finish line is that spectator pass only. My husband saw me in Epcot about .1 before the finish line- no park pass required to be there or MK when I went through there.

The finish line is in the Epcot parking lot, so no ticket for that but the "finish" does sort of begin in the park. It's very hard to explain.

Most definitely, I usually eat around 5 / 5:30 and then in bed not a minute past 9...usually more like 8:30. The alarm shouldn't even be able to be set for for 2 am...

My knee/leg are messed up right now and this is going to be a crappy race for me but i am so excited about doing it i really dont care. I have a little sleeping beauty costume i bought after halloween and can't wait to bust it out.

Minnie Mouse!! I totally copied off Pinterest.. And we've got early dinner res at Ohana. I'll be stuffing my face with some polynesian rice LOL.

And just as I was typing this DH came in with our just delivered Magic Bands. He's so excited he can't stand it.

My post-race ritual is: diner-esque breakfast ( I usually end up off property) / shower / nap

We're having dinner at Yak & Yeti on Saturday afternoon at 4:45. I feel like that should qualify for the senior citizen discount.

Post race I got nothin'. World Showcase doesn't even open until 11, so hanging out there isn't appealing. Shower, eat something...probably go to Magic Kingdom? Maybe I'll look for a reservation for late breakfast somewhere. No reservations until that night at Be Our Guest!

My sister put down 3+ hours, that means we're going to be all the way in the back.

Umm... Yes? In my defense, I just did a 10k back to back with a half and this is less.

One of my former students is doing the 5k, so I think I'll run with her. It'll be fine.

When are you all doing packet pickup? We arrive Friday around 11..Going to go over to the Expo when we reach the hotel. Got Liberty Tree reservations for Fri night dinner

Packet pick up on Thursday for me. Picking up sister from Orlando airport and then should be at the expo right around the time it opens.

I need to do an ear trial..I got barrettes with fuzzy Minnie ears attached (hats and headbands bug me so I figured I could bobby pin the heck out of these to stay on). Now I need to test my theory!
