F: rest/try to stay warm S: 5 miles that were supposed to be easy but I went way too fast S: 6 miles that were supposed to be easy but felt way too hard on tired legs from yesterday

Friday - 30 min on the Elliptical and some strength Saturday - Unplanned rest day - stupid migraine Sunday - 10 miles, 20 degrees & snowing...it was rough, but got it done.
Friday--Ripped in 30 Saturday--3 mile run, Ripped in 30, 45 min. Dog walk
Sunday--Ripped in 30--finished level 3! 45 minute dog walk at the park. Such a pretty day...can't believe we'll be back below freezing by this time tomorrow
Friday: 300FY (10mins on the Airdyne for max cals). I got 109, the exact same as last time. I suck at the Airdyne. The. I worked one on one with my coach on the snatch. PR'd by 10#. What what?!
Saturday: unplanned rest due to snow
Sunday: made up workout from Saturday. It was one I had attempted before. I say attempted because I got through three rounds and had to throw in the towel. Today I finished it!
Friday - rest Saturday- 10 miles on the snow, at the trail Sunday - strength + yoga, was supposed to be 5 miles and yoga, but I got a huge blister running on the snow

Friday - rest day Saturday - rest day (but I did walk around a lot in Boston/doing errands) Sunday - quick 2 miles on the TM, but I'm coming down with a cold and probably could've pushed it to 3 but decided not to

Fri: 8 mi treadmill Sat: 6.2 mi treadmill Sun: 8 mi treadmill
Spent some quality time with the treadmill in my parents basement.
We're at my inlaws house in NY now. Not sure if I'll venture outside for runs the next couple days. I can deal with the cold, but I'm afraid of slipping on the snow/ice. Maybe I'm being wuss. I never let these types of conditions stop me in the past.
F: planned rest S: 15 mins on elliptical and 3 mile progression run on TM - I increased my speed every 1/4 of a mile S: 5 mile run in the snow - it was such a hard run because of my injury and all of the snow but I did it and my hamstring isn't too bad.
F: Nada S: 3 Mile run/walk with a friend on the trails. We walked down the hills because her knee hurt going down any type of hill. S: 5.5 Mile run last night.
Sat: 4.5 with 6 hill repeats, followed by walking *at least* another 4 miles throughout downtown for gasparilla (which was not intentional just a result of poor planning, heh)

Fri: 3 miles treadmill with Scandal Sat: 3 miles treadmill with Scandal Sun: 4 miles outside. It was brutal, but I needed to get off the treadmil! I debated going another mile, but then the skin on my thighs were starting to hurt so I figured it would be better to head back.
I did the math on my 1/2 I am considering in may and realized my 12 week training plan would start next week! This does not compute.
