I saw it! I thought it was...interesting. It was definitely thought-provoking because at the rate we're going with technology, we're kind of moving in that direction. People do seem to be turning more and more to their devices versus in-person interactions. I agree that Joaquin is pretty great. I also loved the parody they did with Jonah Hill on SNL this past weekend.
I also really liked it. I thought the story was really interesting and I like how they filmed it too. It was a little slow at times, I remember it feeling WAY longer than 2 hours. My sister wanted to see it and I'm really glad she picked it because otherwise I probably would not have seen it.

I loved it - it's the most interesting and original movies I have seen in a long time. The last scene where he writes the letter to his ex-wife...wow that was great dialogue (I cried, but I think it's because it really connected with me considering where I am in life right now). Joaquin Phoenix was really good in it.

I thought it was interesting and had some really funny parts. Joaquin Phoenix was awesome! I liked it a lot, but I agree with PP who said they won't watch it again. I have no desire to either.
I liked it a lot. I thought it would make me homesick for LA, but it didn't, because Future LA was too... clean and white to be the same city I love, you know? But Joaquin Phoenix and Scarlet Johanssen were great, especially when you consider that they were both doing their parts alone for the vast majority of the movie and not interacting with any other actors.
