We went for a walk today... And I RAN. I RAN YALL, I ran! Hot damn! I looked totally ridiculous bc I was pushing the BOB, and I "ran" for about 3 minutes, BUT I RAN!!

Fri: unplanned rest. Stupid cold made it close to impossible to keep my head up Sat: rest Sun: 5 miles. Felt better, but it still wasn't very easy breathing.
Fri. - Rest day Sat. - 6 miles on the treadmill. Longest TM run to date, with the rate this winter is going, there will be many more firsts on the TM this training season. Sun. - JM's kettle bell level 1 work out.
F: planned rest Sa: planned body pump and 6 mi; did 6 mi after BP was cancelled Su: unplanned rest...I wanted to do something, but my GOD, life just kinda sucks today, so I'm drinking instead.
Friday: Cross Fit - squats, pushups, hanging ring rows, and kettle ball swings Sat: cleaning and 50 minutes elliptical Sun: CrossFit - dead lifts, row machine, box jumps, and burpees - trainer took it easy on us and I suck at the row machine:(
*none of the Cross Fit exercises have bothered my injury - yay! It's been 1 week and 2 days since I have run, I miss running. My MRI is on Tuesday - hoping to get more answers as to why I'm healing so slowly.

F: 5 mile run S: 9 mile run. Need to build up my mileage if I'm going to pull off a spring half Su: 90 min xc ski. So happy to finally have some real snow.
