Yep, although it's still not as cheap as you might think a simulated diamond should be. If it's still not in your price range, check out stuff made with "Asha" simulated stones. Less sparkly than Moissanite but also less money.
have you looked at moissanite? they have more fire than diamonds, but i think they're quite beautiful.
@bettyhomewrecker33 has an e-ring with one, and it is fabulous.
I do indeed love my moissanite e-ring.
I like the qualities of moissanite, but keep in mind if you go too big it gets a kind of green/yellow color.
This is what I want for my e-ring too. I was thinking a carat. Do you know where the point is that it starts to get that color? I'm sure I could live my life with .85ct if I absolutely HAD to, but I'd rather not

I believe it's once you get over 1.5 ct that things start to get sketchy.
Mine is over a carat and doesn't have a weird glow.
Nordstrom cz studs, they are around $40. Mine are enormous and I still get asked if they are real occasionally.
I agree with this. I probably have the same ones and I love them.
I also just bought a pair (on the smaller side) and people have been asking about them. They are priced well too. (I am a bit biased since I work there but I do love them)

You can get an enhanced stone that undergoes a treatment to get rid of the greenish color.
Also, there was another kind of moissy that came out recently called Amora that I think is supposed to be the most colorless moissy out there.
Check out http://www.betterthandiamond.com. Their forum has tons of pics of different moissanite cuts/color, etc.
ETA: The Amora 1.5 ct certified "H" color is $730.
