F: 30 minutes of cardio intervals, 25 minutes of upper body strengthening Sa: 35 minutes walking/running on the dreadmill, 25 minutes of cardio intervals, 25 minutes of upper body strengthening Su: 30 minutes of cardio intervals, 10 minutes of abs, 25 minutes of upper body strengthening
F: 5 Valentine's miles with DH to make ourselves feel better about the steak, cheese, bread, & wine we were about to consume. S: Nothing S: 10 miles @ 7:51 pace...I actually feel pretty good about that one. I had no goal when I set out, & it had a bunch of things working against it. I was going to do upper body & core, but my allergies have me miserable on the couch.
Friday--crabby pants rest day (aka, I'm an idiot for not getting up to hit the gym) Sat--spin Sunday--4.5 miles (dh bribed me with a breakfast burrito to get my butt out the door)

Friday - Shoveling and ungodly amount of snow! It seriously took 4+ hours Saturday - Nothing...bailed on my 5K and also my back-up plan of going to spin & HIIT class Sunday - 10 miles

Friday - lifting a few beers Saturday - stretching, some leg work and shoveling ridiculously heavy snow and breaking up ice for 90 minutes Sunday - 10 mile run
F: 4 miles easy S: 13.1@ Myrtle Beach Half. The wind sucked, but DH and I are signing up again for next year. Must not have been all bad Su: 9.25, Totally what I needed. I did a couple miles on the beach, and it was fun exploring a bit. It was 50 degrees! I don't want to go home to snow.
