I am in the middle of doing this now. I didn't exactly start at the beginning as I wasn't starting from no running at all. I am repeating the 5/3/5 week as I am trying to get my heart rate to stay within a certain range. I am not getting winded but my heart rate increases beyond a point where I am comfortable.

I haven't yet but have been thinking of starting once the weather gets nice enough here. Its inspiring to hear from everyone who has done it. Way to go!
