I have norovirus. I haven't thrown up since 2am, and I'm considering going to my bootcamp class tonight. Except, just standing up from the sofa has me near fainting. I probably won't go, but I want to.

When we plan vacations we always plan them around things to do: hiking, kayaking, surfing, snowboarding, etc. people always are always questioning "don't you want to relax". Ummmm no I don't!
When I travel, literally half of my suitcase is taken up by my workout clothes and gear. I don't want to have to wash my clothes every day, so I end up having to take a lot of different outfits with me.

This is amazing. I walk around my office on the reg asking for golf balls for the same reason- my coworkers have given up on the funny looks when it comes to my running

I sometimes plan my Mondays (day after long run) so that I have a good chunk of time without students to user my trigger point ball on my it band, calf, and foot.
