I gained 2 lbs, and I behaved with ww. I'm pretty livid.
Maybe it is all water weight. I have that happen. It's every other week for me. If I am really good on Weight watchers and track really good I can tell which week I will have a good loss and which week it will not be good or I will gain. It's always every other for me. Did you have a loss last week?

ETA: because I can't spell today.
I did actually. It's also frustrating since FI is on WW and his progress is much faster and not as 2 steps forward, 1 step back as mine is. Hopefully next week will be better

I agree it is very frustrating. But, I bet it is water weight. You will get there, I promise.
I try to focus on my total not the up and down. As long as I am down from where I started and I can see that it is still going down (even if it is slow) then I try to be happy with it. It is really hard to do though. If I just focused on the up and down I would be miserable all the time. That's why I try to focus on the postitive of my total lost and not the fact that I had plateaued. Oh, and just ignore your FI's progress, boys have it easy with this stuff. Remember slow and steady wins the race!
No change. I do fine with food for most of the day, but snacking while I make dinner and the next day's lunches is killing me. I need to step up the exercise too, but that's more about improving my energy level than losing weight.
I keep forgetting to weigh in on Mondays (or at all some weeks). So I'm not sure where I am at from the last week or so, but from the day we started I am down 5.4 pounds total. I seem to be kind of stuck here within a pound or two. I've also been eating more junk than usual, so I guess I can see why my weight is pretty stagnant. I really want to lose 8-10 more pounds, so I need to get better about the eating!
eta: I voted yes to another month and I'll try to get better about the weigh-ins!
