Those who did PIO, especially for 6+ weeks

How long did your back hurt after you stopped the injections?

I did 10 weeks of PIO, and stopped 2 weeks ago. My injection sites are still sore, and I get shooting pains in the area.

Please tell me this will end some day

Sorry no one replied! I don't remember my butt being sore past when I stopped, but it might have been for a bit. I think I had knots for a while but they faded. It feels fine now, though! I hope your pains go away soon!

I was a few weeks, and still had some lumps and random pains for over the month mark. I've done PIO for two pregnancies up to the 12 weeks mark.

Yes, I think I must be dying

I feel like I'm having more pain now, than I did in the last few weeks of actually doing the PIO. I get a lot of sharp pains right in the area where we were doing injections. I've never had any welts or lumps.

Now that I think about it, it could be totally unrelated to the PIO. I've had other issues with sciatic pain in my leg, so maybe it's related to that? Who knows....
