My sister turned me on to Lindsay Brin and her workouts. Her work outs are geared toward pregnant and post moms and their bodies.
She has different challenges (I just finished her 60 day slim down) and I loved it! I came with a calendar that told you what exercises to do. There is such a variety that I never ever got bored, which so easliy happens for me.
Anyway, keep an eye out on babysteals for her system at half price. It really is worth the money. I have lost quite a few inches and a few pounds by doing her system.
