Run: 182 miles I didn't get to spin class at all this month, but already signed up for a Monday class. They just added a few more that are convenient with my schedule, so shooting for 1x/week in March & April, maybe more when marathon training is done. I did strength 2x/week, but I mostly half assed it.

Well we know why you are so freakin' fast!!!
And yet I was running faster when I was doing 20 mpw in November and December, lol. I keep telling myself if I stick with the plan, I'll get faster. Just like, one more snow, and then it will be Spring. Neither is happening....yet!
83 miles. Womp. Should be about 100, especially because I'm marathon training. Had a rough week last week and then my long run will fall on tomorrow. Overall I still feel like February went better than that number suggests. If that makes any sense.
Love of my life baby boy born 11/11. One and done not by choice; 3 years of TTC yielded 4 MMC and 2 CPs, through 4 IUIs and 2 IVFs. Focusing on making the world a better place instead...and running.

Everyone else's numbers make me feel a little better about my pitiful stats this month. Running: 69.6mi...might go for a .4mi walk tonight just to get to 70 Cycling: 51.4mi
I'm going to drag myself across that finish line in two weeks if it kills me! Half training has been awful this cycle!!
run: 157.4 bike: 262.3 swim: 10.26 and a few strength and yoga sessions.
i just started using training peaks, it said i ran 51%, biked 35% and swam 13% (based on time). i am just out there playing, so based on my preferences, those numbers are what you would expect from me. i am curious how other triathletes (perhaps those that follow a plan) percentages break up.
eta: i feel like i deserve props for that double digit swim number (gift)
