I HATE it when people say butthurt.. It instantaneously pisses me off. I have no idea why it just makes me mad.. Does anyone else have a word or phase that just makes them mad? or am I ridiculous?

LOL drives me batty as well.
Most recently " That's a good time" in reference to EVERYTHING is making me a little crazy cakes. I had friends over recently and they said that the whole time!

I think I've typed butthurt a few times today
Most of the ones that make me cringe are incorrect usage, like irregardless. Or seeing an extraneous apostrophe. That happens a lot around here, and I cringe every time.
I'm more ok with Cali than I am when someone calls San Antonio "San Antone". Seriously, just finish the damn word! It's especially annoying when someone asks where I'm from and I say San Antonio and they say "Oh, I love San Antone!" I want to reply with "I'm sorry, I'm not sure I've ever been there."

And people who say baby without a pronoun sound ridiculous IMO. Different strokes.
KC, do you also say Coloraaaaahdo?
I think this must be an accent thing. If ah = a as in apple to you, that's not a sound I make all that often. If I hear Nevaaaaahda or Coloraaaaahdo I think it sounds all nasal and weird. So, we mutually make each other cringe

ado in Colorado = ada in Nevada (your way) to a lot of people. I think I have too much Spanish training to do that. It was really hard to say Limon and Buena Vista the way they do, too.
In case you're wondering, that's LIE-mon, and BYOOna vista.
ETA It's not a right vs wrong thing with Colorado. It's just a regional difference. Like soda vs pop.
