Only very rarely, and that's if I wake up and am so hungry I can't go back to sleep. But usually I eat so much that I'm never really THAT hungry. I snack a lot during the day...
But I usually eat something with protein and fat before bed to keep me from waking up hungry (ex: a glass of skim milk and a spoon of peanut butter, or a glass of skim milk and an avocado).

I usually haven't even eaten dinner yet by midnight.
Edited to actually answer the question: Yes, I will eat before bed, and I frequently snack after dinner. No, I do not get up and eat something if I've already been asleep. It takes me a long time to be hungry again after I've gone to sleep (probably because I eat snacks late, ha!), to the point where I'm usually not even hungry until I've been awake for 2-3 hours.
Very rarely. Even if I stay up late, I'm just not hungry anymore after 8-9pm (regardless of what I've had throughout the day). Don't be jealous - it doesn't transition into weight-loss. My heavy snacking timeframe is usually 4-6pm, so right before dinner. If I come home from work hungry I will CLEAN OUT the fridge/cabinets before DH gets home and I start cooking.

Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night hungry and realize - oh yea - I barely ate anything yesterday... So if that's the case, yes I'll wake up and eat.

This would give me such heartburn, I don't even want to think about it.
So, no, obviously But I'm also a crazy deep sleeper. My stomach would have to be on the verge of cannibalizing my other organs in order for it to wake me up.

All of the time. This is why I'm fat.
ETA: I don't wake up to eat but I go to bed really late so I'll snack around 11pm. Although since the weight loss challenge started, I've stopped *almost* completely.
