Some Walgreens will rent pumps too. It sucks about those grandfathered in, my little sisters is like this and I told her I would give her mine and get a new one when we have our next baby since it's covered.

I liked having a few swaddlemes - that way when DS spit up all over it in the middle of the night, I had a spare available.
We really needed a white noise machine in the early days and the swing was a lifesaver though that is so kid dependent.
