what's up?

It has been so quiet around here! What is going on?

I'm here. It has been very quiet here. Work has been busy, so I peek in but can't seem to find the time to come up with something to write about to stir up some conversation.

I posted and then went to 4 hrs of meetings!

Gray was in his school play this weekend. It was awesomely cute and he had a great time, but I am thrilled to get my weekends back (he has been having practice 3-4 hrs every Saturday.)

But it looks like we'll be getting back to soccer this spring (they cancelled t-ball and are having a spring soccer team.) So Saturday mornings will be spent at the soccer field again!

We are also making changes in the kids' school next year which is causing a good bit of stress/angst. There are a lot of things we love about their school, but they are opening a new charter school for our neighborhood that looks great and we can stop paying tuition. Carter is wait listed, but we expect him to get off the wait list. While we'll be sad to leave their school, the thought of saving that amount of money per month makes us downright giddy.

Work has been crazy busy - I feel like I am constantly covering for someone else meaning I am doing 2 jobs. Thankfully, I really like my job!
