Do you have to blow dry your hair or air dry?

I'm very jealous of people who can let their hair air dry and not have it look like a mess. I have curly hair, but it's an ugly curl and I have to blow it dry with a big round brush or it looks frightening.

In the summer I wash at night and let it air dry. It's too dang hot in my house with no a/c to blow dry in the morning. I have some natural wave so when I get up I just run a curing iron thru it and it typically looks decent.

On nights I wash my hair I flip it over and blow dry it . It probably take about 20mins. When I would use a flat iron I would just wash at night and let it dry overnight.

i blow-dry my bangs and then i'm done with it. the rest of my hair just air-dries.

Miso, my hair is about the same length as yours but I really can't explain how freakishly thick it is. I can't use regular hair elastics to put my hair in a pony. I have to use headbands.

I'm a blow-dry gal. Especially if I want it to look decent.

I can get away with only blow drying 1/2 if I'm putting it into a pony or something - the ends can stay damp.

air dry...i hate blow dryers, it takes too long, i am not good at it, and it ruins my hair...i'd rather just throw it up in a clip or pony tail holder and just go.

i have bought blow dryers with the intent to use them...it lasts maybe 2 times and then i throw them away.

but my hair dries stick straight and soft. it would be frizzy with out all kinds of smoothing type products if i had to blow dry it.

I air dry if my hair is curly. I never blow dry my own hair.
That is a job for the beauty parlor. My hair is way to thick. My one attempt to do it myself was horrible.

Blow dry it, but I only wash my hair every other or every 3rd day, so I can run a flat iron through it for one minute and have good hair on my non-wash days.

Blow dry most work days. Weekends are usually air dry.

If I am being lazy on a work day I can get away with blow drying the bangs and putting the rest up in a bun.

If I wear it curly, I don't blow dry it. It's not at its best then, but I'm at least learning how to care for my curls. Only took 37 damn years.

I prefer it straight, though, and if I'm going that route I need to both blow it dry and straight iron it.

I cannot air dry, because it would be a hot mess. :-( I have thick thick thick hair, with a slight, very slight, natural fugly wave. It is one little wave and it looks totally ridiculous. So, I have to blow dry and straighten every day. My whole morning routine takes me about an hour and 20 minutes.

right now it's air drying. Soon I will sleep on damp hair and tomorrow I will put it up in a tiny pony and a headband. That's my new look these days.

I blowdry my hair as long as its not too humid out because then my hair freaks out and afros out. I do.have to put a little bit of product in it so.that it looks somewhat decent.
