Basically what happens today through Wednesday or Thursday is there's a sort of lightning round where all the people who didn't match put in applications for any spots that didn't get filled (usually a one year prelim or a spot in something they didn't originally apply to) and those programs make them offers, and then I guess the thought is that everyone gets to find out all together on Friday where they are headed. It's a little frustrating though, for obvious reasons.
