OMG now that my weekend from hell at work is over - I finally have 5 minutes to post this. We did it different at my box because no on in my 7am class was doing it for real we split where we started since we only have two rowers. I will be re-doing this in a few weeks because I want to see how far I can really get starting on the rower instead of TTB. I got through 30 TTB(4+ min) then did 20 v-ups (1:30ish), 40WB ( I flew through those 2ish), then the rest of the time I spent doing cleans - 95 pounds one at a time. I got 17. I was ecstatic, like nothing was going to ruin my day. AND then this dumbass patient tried to but I wasn't gonna let her. So I guess my final score was 107 but without the rower so whatever I still got a lot done and I was really excited about it!

You guys are beasts. I got off the rower in 4 min but then only got 10 TTB in the remaining 10 min...ahhhhh! Oh well, just a skill I need to work on. I'm ready for 14.5 now, I hope it's a better one for me so I can finish strong.
Thanks, emilyinchile! This workout made me resolve myself to getting over my WB mental block. I am going to start doing a few as a warm-up so hopefully I don't just freak the fuck out during workouts with WBs.
