I downloaded Workrave yesterday and was really excited to use it today. But it's confusing me. I set the micro-break timer to 10 minutes, but it's only gone off twice in the last 4 hours? I can see it counting down, this it just stops. Eventually it resets itself to 10 minutes again. I don't even think the rest-break has gone off yet, but it's finally down to 2 minutes (from 1 hour).
I might just end up adding a couple mid morning and mid afternoon breaks to my Outlook calendar. But I liked the idea of micro breaks, since I have issues with tendonitis caused by repetitive use.
